Shipping

Now through 25 December, shipping is free for all product purchases in the continental US and Alaska.

• Normal standard shipping fees: Under $50: $4.95
• Over $50 – Free
• APO/FPO/DPO military standard shipping is always free regardless of the order amount.

Estimated Arrival Times

All orders are subject to authorization and approval. Estimated arrival times exclude weekends and holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or on U.S. holidays.

Standard shipping service is provided by UPS or the USPS. Standard orders will begin processing the next business day. 

Shipment Notification

Once your order ships we'll send you a Shipping Notification email, which will include a tracking number that allows you to track your package on the carrier's website.

The H-D Military Store does not support shipping items in a single order to multiple shipping addresses. To ship items to an additional address, please place a new order on our site.

Returns

The team at H-D Military wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us.

If you need to make a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.

All items must be returned in new, unworn condition with original tags and packaging.

How to Start a Return

1. Email our support team at custserv@hdmilitary.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will provide you with a prepaid return label and simple instructions for sending your item back us.
3. Once your return is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation of your refund.

We proudly ship to APO and FPO addresses, and our return process applies to those orders as well. So, whether you’re stationed overseas, back home, or simply part of the military community, we make returning an order a snap.
